Before we contacted Debra our home was on the market for six months and only had one low offer. After our sales contract ended we called Debra. She did a very thorough analysis of our property and within a day she provided use with a detailed report on how we could better market our property. Debra gave us good insight on how a buyer would view our house and we decided if we wanted to sell our house in a very competitive buyer’s market we would need to follow through with her suggestions. Some items were very simple and easy to do (removing trash cans from sight & painting rooms neutral colors), other suggestions required making purchases. She also offered to shop for us or we could rent Staging items from her. The biggest ticket item was a new frameless shower enclosure in the master bath, but in doing so it gave the bath a much needed “face lift”. A few days before we placed our property back on the market, Debra came and “Staged” our furniture. THE HOUSE SOLD TO THE FIRST COUPLE ON THE FIRST DAY AT THE FULL ASKING PRICE!
